What we do

Two disciplines, one purpose

Who we work for

Sectors

Twelve sectors. One approach that unites them.

Sectors we work in

Banking and Insurance

Modernising critical systems for banks and insurers.

Regulatory pressure, cybersecurity, data management and the evolution of core platforms are forcing the financial sector to transform without compromising availability or operational continuity.

We support technology modernisation, cloud migration, platform integration, data management and security-strengthening projects, enabling complex systems to evolve without disrupting business activity.

Areas of work

  • Core platform modernisation
  • Cloud and hybrid infrastructure
  • Data, analytics and artificial intelligence
  • Cybersecurity and risk management
  • Process automation
  • Regulatory compliance and IT governance

What the problem was, what was done and what the outcome was.

Process plant with pipe racks and columns

EngineeringEnergy systemsEnergy

Piping design for energy projects

The challenge. Designing and routing process and utility piping for several international energy projects, including CO₂ capture and liquefied natural gas.

What we did. We modelled the layout in 3D, integrated the equipment and produced isometrics and supports, with clash detection across disciplines.

The value delivered. A design coordinated across all disciplines and compliant with specifications, standards and constructability requirements.

TechnologyEnterprise platformsSecurity

HR integrations across 27 countries

The challenge. Connecting payroll, benefits, recruiting, Learning and Time Tracking in an international operation with multiple providers.

What we did. We design and maintain Workday integrations built on Azure middleware, automated payroll files and developed pay reports for different countries.

The value delivered. A common, scalable architecture ready to accommodate new migrations and local requirements.

Analysts reviewing dashboards on several screens

TechnologyData and BIRetail

Data & BI for better decision-making in retail

The challenge. Coordinating a cloud migration, organising releases and broadening access to Business Intelligence products.

What we did. We brought together data engineering, data governance and BI development with GCP and MicroStrategy, making it easier for technology and business teams to collaborate.

The value delivered. Greater capacity to deploy, govern and make use of corporate information as user demand grows.

Doctor with a tablet and digital health icons protected by AI

AICloud and DevOpsBanking and insurance

AI assistant with governed healthcare data

The challenge. Answering a health insurer’s clinical and administrative queries without losing control of patient data.

What we did. We developed a multi-agent corporate assistant deployed on Kubernetes, with infrastructure as code, full observability and GDPR applied to patient data.

The value delivered. A 40% reduction in response time and 100% of governance audits passed.

EngineeringElectronic systemsAutomotive

Electric vehicle charging interoperability

The challenge. Verifying that complete electric prototypes charge without failure at charging points, with 400 V and 800 V high-voltage architectures.

What we did. We instrumented the vehicles and updated their ECUs, carried out interoperability testing between vehicle and charging point, captured and analysed PLC and CAN-XCP communications with Wireshark and INCA, and validated the DIN/ISO protocols.

The value delivered. The root cause of every failed charging session identified and test case compliance verified, backed by trained drivers, remote support, test fleet management, field testing and client reporting.

SAP Basis: a highly complex cloud migration

The challenge. Migrating an SAP platform from physical infrastructure to the cloud while preserving the continuity of systems and databases.

What we did. We provided SAP Basis administration, specialist support and incident resolution throughout the various phases of the migration.

The value delivered. A controlled transition to a more flexible infrastructure, with expert support on critical dependencies.

TechnologySoftware developmentRetail

Legacy modernisation without stopping the business

The challenge. Maintaining on-premise PHP applications while preparing for their technological evolution.

What we did. We combined maintenance, development, on-premise DevOps, server migration and small internal automations.

The value delivered. Operational continuity and a gradual modernisation path that fits the realities of the existing environment.

AICybersecurityBanking and insurance

AI applied to cyber threat detection

The challenge. Improving cyber detection capability and alert quality, reducing false positives and making security flow analysis easier.

What we did. We took part in a proof of concept combining data analytics, APIs, metrics and model experimentation to study alerts, identify patterns and validate new detection approaches.

The value delivered. A foundation for innovation in applying AI to cybersecurity operations, prioritising the most relevant signals and moving towards more accurate and efficient detection processes.

EngineeringEnergy systemsEnergy

Subcontract administration at a chemical plant

The challenge. Managing the contractual life cycle of the subcontractors on an industrial project in Tarragona.

What we did. We handled contracts and notices, scope changes and addenda, weekly progress meetings and the review of monthly valuations.

The value delivered. Monthly cost close-out and control over every contractual change.

TechnologyEnterprise platformsRetail

Oracle SCM: global processes adapted to local operations

The challenge. Deploying Oracle SCM in Brazil, adapting the configuration and corporate processes to the needs of the local operation.

What we did. We took part in the Oracle SCM rollout, reviewing configurations, validating order-to-cash processes and coordinating functional work with the local team.

The value delivered. An implementation more closely aligned with the local business, preserving the consistency of the global model and supporting the evolution of supply chain processes.

TechnologyData and BISport

From sports data to analytical intelligence

The challenge. Transforming and validating large volumes of match and event data with complex structures.

What we did. We built ETL pipelines with PySpark and Databricks, processed arrays and qualifiers, and cross-checked results against CSV sources.

The value delivered. Better-structured, reliable data, ready for analytical and scientific use.

EngineeringManufacturingAutomotive

Industrialising an electric vehicle line

The challenge. Industrialising and commissioning a Tier 1 supplier’s new JIT assembly line for an urban electric car platform, at the pace set by the manufacturer.

What we did. We carried out time studies and balanced workstations to the Takt Time, integrated machine vision for quality control and standardised processes and SOPs, tracking OEE with shop-floor data.

The value delivered. A line ready for series production, with higher availability and performance, fewer unplanned stoppages and pre-series non-conformities resolved in a structured way.

AI

that reaches production

Read the last two letters of our name backwards and you get AI. That’s no coincidence. We treat AI the way we treat any critical system: with testing, with proper deployment and with someone on hand when it fails.

  • Assistants built on your own knowledge
  • Automated detection and diagnosis
  • Models in production, with MLOps and on-call support
